Every project is approached with intention, balancing aesthetics, practicality, and long-term livability. My goal is never to create something overly complicated or trend-driven, but to design spaces that feel timeless, cohesive, and uniquely suited to the home they surround.
About Jaquelyn & Vitex
As the owner and designer behind Vitex Design Co., I take a hands-on role in every project from the first conversation to the final design. Over the years, I've worked closely with homeowners, contractors, and installation teams, gaining an understanding not only of what makes a landscape beautiful, but what makes it successful in the real world.
That experience shapes every decision I make. I'm thinking beyond individual plants and materials - considering how a space flows, how it matures over time, and how it will be used day after day. The result is a landscape that feels intentional, functional, and comfortably integrated with the architecture and character of the property.
Vitex is intentionally personal. When you work with me, you're working directly with the person designing your project. There are no handoffs or layers of communication - just a collaborative process that stays clear, consistent, and focused from beginning to end.
Whether a design is installed by your preferred contractor, completed in phases, or coordinated through trusted trade partners, the goal remains the same: to create outdoor spaces that feel refined without being overdone, and beautiful in a way that simply makes sense.
